Fortnite is back in the spotlight with some exciting new character leaks. It looks like a bunch of cool collabs might be coming soon—from famous stars to classic video game heroes.
Even though Epic Games hasn’t said anything official yet, fans are super pumped. The internet is already full of guesses and hopes. These new additions could bring fresh energy to the island and make the game even more fun.
Let’s check out what might be coming and why players can’t wait.
Source of the Leak
The leak came out from Shpeshal Nick, one of the guys behind the XboxEra podcast. He’s pretty well-known in the gaming world and has nailed past Fortnite collabs, like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and DOOM.
On the latest podcast on April 13, 2025, Nick dropped some new names that might be coming to the game soon. Fans got excited hearing names like Jack Black, Tony Hawk, and even characters from Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Epic Games hasn’t said anything yet, but Nick’s past leaks have turned out true before, so people are paying attention.
The Leaked Roster: Who’s Allegedly Coming to Fortnite
According to Shpeshal Nick a bunch of characters from different games and shows are going to be added to Fortnite soon.
- Jack Black: A skin of Jack Black is coming to Fortnite—just him, not connected to the Minecraft movie releasing in April 2025.
- Mortal Kombat Fighters: After Sub-Zero and Scorpion joined earlier, more Mortal Kombat characters like Reptile, Goro, Shao Kahn, and Shang Tsung may be added next.
- Death Stranding: With Death Stranding 2 releasing in 2025, characters like Die-Hardman might be featured in Fortnite too.
- Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater: A special event is expected where skaters from the game, probably including Tony Hawk himself, will appear.
- DOOM: The Dark Ages: A new Doom Slayer skin will match the look from the upcoming DOOM: The Dark Ages game.
- Double Dragon: Billy and Jimmy Lee, the classic duo from the beat-’em-up game Double Dragon, are set to join the roster.
- Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2: Characters like Henry and Hans Capon from this medieval RPG, released in February 2025, might become playable skins.
- Agent 47 (Hitman): The famous assassin Agent 47 is coming too—maybe even in his funny rubber duck outfit!
- Marvel Pixel Skins: Some Marvel characters are getting a cool 16-bit, pixel-art style makeover.
- NBA Player: A basketball player will be added soon—possibly Nikola Jokić or Luka Dončić, though it’s not confirmed yet.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater Event
According to ShpeshalNick, Fortnite may also be preparing a crossover with the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series. The timing is expected to match the release of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 on July 11, 2025.
While full details have not been shared, early reports suggest themed content could include skateboarding elements and skins, possibly featuring Tony Hawk.
Given Epic Games’ track record with unexpected updates, the event might not launch on the same day as the game.
