Full Space Marine 2 Dev Build Has Leaked Online

A surprising leak has just happened where a complete version of the much-awaited game, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, has been leaked online. This happened almost two months before its official release date as the game is set to come out on September 9, 2024.

Let’s dive into the details of this unexpected event.

Full Space Marine 2 Dev Build Has Leaked Online

A huge 70-gigabyte version of the game Space Marine 2 has been leaked online, as noted by Indiser Gaming. It was posted on a piracy website, and people on the 4chan message board say it’s a full version from June 20, 2024.

However, by the looks of it, the leaked version isn’t completely finished. For example, in the graphics settings menu, there are placeholder images instead of the real ones that show differences in settings like anti-aliasing and lighting quality.

The leak has caused a big buzz in the gaming world with videos from the leaked game now showing up on YouTube. Moreover, over 500 people have downloaded it already. This could ruin the surprise for many fans who were excitedly waiting for the game.

For those who don’t know about Space Marine 2, it is the follow-up to the popular Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine game. In the new campaign, ultramarine Captain Titus returns.

The developer, Saber Interactive, recently canceled a planned public beta test to focus on getting the game ready for launch. Now, they might be busy trying to remove a leaked version of the game from the internet.

So far, neither Focus Entertainment nor Saber Interactive has commented on the leak. They’re probably looking for ways to get it taken down from the web.

Well, the recent leak of a full developer build of Space Marine 2 is a big deal, but downloading these files can be risky. They might contain malware or viruses. Plus, the game wasn’t supposed to be online just weeks before its official release. Hence, it’s safer and better to wait for the official version.
