May 24th, 2023, has been announced as the official Genshin Impact 3.7 release date. Also, this time, the patch will run for six weeks, after a certain gap of a five-week patch schedule.
With that length in mind, we can say that patch 3.7 will end on July 5th, 2023.
Genshin Impact 3.7 Banners
You may have heard that patch 3.7 will introduce some new characters and events in the game. Well, there will be one new character in this update, which will hail from the Inazuma region.

Here’s a general description of the new Genshin 3.7 character: Kirara.
Kirara
Kirara is the only new 4-star character being released in Genshin Impact 3.7. She has a Sword as a weapon.
For the delivery service Komaniya Express in Inazuma, Kirara works as a courier. She is a nekomata who adores both human culture and her work.
Although at first her obvious youkai nature drew more than a few comments, as Kirara introduced herself with candor and clarity and carried out her duties diligently and successfully, people not only lost all remaining doubts but even grew appreciative of her presence.
With her Elemental Skill, Kirara can conjure a small cat that chases the active player and inflict synchronized Dendro damage. The hold variation of this talent also grants the cat a shield, presumably hinting that she can take damage throughout the battle.
Genshin Impact 3.7 weapons
You will see one new weapon in Genshin Impact 3.7, however, this isn’t a 5-star, but rather a 4-star free event weapon.

Genshin Impact 3.7 events
Leaks have revealed that there will be a lot of previous went that will have a rerun in Genshin Impact 3.7 update. Here are the new Genshin Impact 3.7 events:
- Legend of the Vagabond Sword event rerun
- Fayz Trials event rerun
- Divine Ingenuity event rerun

Legend of the Vagabond Sword
In Genshin Impact Version 1.6, a boss event known as Legend of the Vagabond Sword was originally presented. During the event, players will compete against three coming bosses.
Fayz Trials
The Weakness Capturing Challenge Event Fayz Trials was introduced in Genshin Impact 3.0. It’s a battle event where you must gather Fayz Tinctures to begin a Time Dilation that enables you to observe defects through a viewfinder that resembles a camera before using a strong Supersense talent!
Divine Ingenuity

Similar to each update, players will see a Spiral Abyss rotation in Genshin Impact 3.7. And thanks to the leaks we now know what to expect from Floor 12 of Genshin 3.7 Abyss.
