Getting Bones in Palworld can be a bit challenging for beginners as the Pals that drop them are far from the starting point. Palworld Bones are crucial for crafting useful items like Mega Gliders and medicine for both you and your Pals. There are two main ways to obtain Bones, but they both rely on a bit of luck. Let’s explore where to find Palworld Bones and understand their various uses.
How to Get Palworld Bones?
When you’re just starting to build your base in the game, bones aren’t very useful initially because they’re not used in any crafts until level 12. By the time you reach this level, you’ve likely made progress, collected currency, and crafted armor, weapons, and tools. At this point, both methods we’ll discuss to get Palworld Bones should be easy and trouble-free.
Hunting Pals That Drop Bones
Certain creatures, called Pals, have a chance to give you bones when you defeat or catch them. The important Pals to focus on are:
- Vixy – Easy to find early in the game and good for bone farming.
- Anubis, Bushi, Cawgnito, Gorirat – Stronger Pals that also drop bones.
- Loupmoon, Maraith, Rushoar, Vanwyrm, Verdash – Harder to find, but they can also drop bones.
If you want to find a Vixy, one of the best Early Base Pals, it’s a good idea to search for it first. Vixies are usually not too strong, so catching or defeating them shouldn’t be a problem. Catch the first Vixy you see to add it to your Paldeck, and then you can handle the others with your weapon.
Purchasing From Wandering Merchants
Alternatively, you can use Gold, a currency you earn while playing. But finding merchants is not easy. A Wandering Merchant is a character in a red suit who randomly walks around the game world. You might meet them while traveling or at your home base.
This special character sells various items, and sometimes you can buy Bones from them for 100 gold. This is a good deal because Palworld Bones are hard to find. If you see a Wandering Merchant and have enough gold, make sure to buy some Bones and other rare items they have for sale.
