To be able to POP Lost Crown fast travel, you have to beat Jahandar. To do that, you need the Menolias bow and reach the Upper Citadel. After defeating Jahandar, you’ll get the power to dash in the air. Use this ability to explore the Lower City from the purple circle to the west. This path takes you to the West Of Upper Citadel and helps you learn more about where Prince Ghassan might be.

If you follow the yellow line, you’ll get to a big hall with a tall tower in the middle. On top of the tower, there’s a broken statue with a purple thing above it. When you go into the hall, you’ll feel the purple thing. If you break it, the statue of the Homa birds will be fixed, and you can use fast travel. 

Right now, you can only go back to The Haven using POP Lost Crown fast travel. But, as you explore more, you’ll find new places to fast travel to, marked by blue Homa icons on your map.
