An exact Valkyrie Elysium release date along with a new trailer and a few screenshots have been leaked, and the release is sooner than what the fans expected.
One of Square Enix’s relatively mysterious retro series is the Valkyrie Profile series. Valkyrie Profile, which debuted late on the PlayStation 1 in 1999, gained immense appreciation from gamers around the globe by fusing traditional turn-based RPG gameplay with action.
The original JRPG, Valkyrie Profile, is still regarded as a masterpiece by ardent JRPG enthusiasts today. Then, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria serves as a precursor and advancement of the original game. The third installment, Valkyrie Profile: Covenant of the Plume, is an oddball because it is more of a tactical RPG than the typical turn-based action game. The final Valkyrie Profile game was Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin, which was only available on iOS and Android.
The release of Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin in Japan in 2016 and the entire world in 2019 combined the traditional Valkyrie Profile dungeon-crawling premise with a gacha game. Unfortunately, the Valkyrie series was reduced to a few multiplayer devices after 2009 due to a lack of profitability. And hardly in the limelight were the old cult classic games, leaving fans to emulate the gameplay in spiritual successors.
However, much to the delight of fans, at the March 2022 PlayStation State of Play event, the latest installment in the Valkyrie Profile series, Valkyrie Elysium was formally introduced and confirmed to be released for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in the year 2022.
Now adding to the general info, an unintended goof-up from the PSN page has disclosed an exact Valkyrie Elysium release date, along with a new trailer and a few screenshots.

Reacting to the leaks and images, Square Enix has officially posted a new Tweet announcing the premiere of the new Valkyrie Elysium trailer.

Before anything else, let’s directly get into the details of the Valkyrie Elysium’s release date and all the recent leaks and updates.
The Valkyrie Elysium release date was recently made known via the listing of the Japanese PSN page for the upcoming action JRPG Valkyrie Elysium, which was created by Square Enix. The game’s American PSN page has also been uncovered, and it lists a release date of September 29, 2022. Additionally, new screenshots and a trailer have been made public along with the release date.
However, keep in mind that the Valkyrie Elysium Western version’s release date could not be the same. Whatever happens, we’ll make sure to keep you all informed.

A Valkyrie Elysium trailer seems to have been unintentionally uploaded on the Japanese page before being quickly removed and many fans are startled to learn that Valkyrie Elysium will be released so soon as Square Enix only recently revealed it during the State Of Play March 2022.
But all the recent actions of Square Enix do hint that the Valkyrie Elysium release date is approaching closer as we also saw that the title was rated both in Korea and by ESRB. Now obviously a game getting rated is a major step taken before the game’s official release.

Sony released a trailer for the upcoming game Valkyrie Elysium in March 2022 State of Play.
Square Enix assured fans that Valkyrie Elysium will be a stand-alone experience despite the fact that it has been more than ten years since the last console entry of the series and three years since its most recent mobile release.
