Genshin Impact 5.1 Banner Leak
Genshin 5.1 Banner Phase 1: Xilonen and Chiori
In the first part of the update, we’re getting a new 5-star character called Xilonen. She’s from a place called Natlan and is part of a cool tribe called Children of Echoes. Xilonen is a Geo character, which means she’s great for teams that use earth powers. She can make enemies weaker by messing with their defenses, plus she can heal her teammates using her defense stats. And get this—she’s got rollerblades in her animations, so she looks super cool when she fights.
Joining Xilonen is the rerun of another 5-star Geo character named Chiori. She’s been around before, and she’s known for her off-field damage, which basically means she can attack enemies without being on the battlefield. She’s got a pet called Tamoto that helps out a lot, especially in teams that use the Crystallize reaction.
For players, both Xilonen and Chiori will be available starting October 9, so if you’re into Geo characters, this is your chance.
Genshin 5.1 Banner Phase 2: Nahida and Hu Tao Reruns
The second part of the Genshin Impact 5.1 banner is bringing back two fan favorites: Nahida and Hu Tao.
Nahida is the Dendro Archon, which means she’s really strong with Dendro powers, and she’s awesome at dealing damage even when she’s not on the field. This is a great chance to get her if you missed her before.
Hu Tao, on the other hand, is a Pyro character from Liyue and is known for her risky playstyle where she trades some of her HP for big damage. Even though some new Pyro characters have come out, Hu Tao is still super strong and fun to play, especially if you like characters that need a bit of strategy.
Genshin Impact 5.1 Weapons Banner Leaks
The leaked Genshin 5.1 banners also hint at powerful weapons being featured during the next update.
In Phase 1, we’ll see Xilonen’s sword called Peak Patrol Song and Chiori’s weapon, Uraku Misugiri. Then in Phase 2, Nahida’s catalyst, A Thousand Floating Dreams, and Hu Tao’s super-famous Staff of Homa will be available. The Staff of Homa, in particular, is one of the best polearms in the game, so it’s definitely worth going for.
But remember, all this info is from leaks, so things could change before it’s officially announced. Right now, only Xilonen’s arrival is 100% confirmed by the game makers, HoYoverse, and the rest remains subject to official updates.
