The developers have already announced the new 5-star character in Genshin Impact 3.6 banner, Baizhu. However, only one 5-star character has been announced, this probably means that the next update, which is version 3.6, will give us three banner re-runs.

Genshin Impact 3.6 banners – Phase 1 and 2 characters leak
Nahida and Nilou will be part of phase 1 of Genshin Impact 3.6 banners, according to Vississ. This means that in Phase 2 of the Genshin 3.6 banners will offer Baizhu and Ganyu as the featured 5-star characters.
