The Genshin Impact 3.0 update will literally make our jaw drop with all the content that it’s going to throw at us. Well, all that we know about this Genshin Impact 3.0 banners leak is thanks to all the leakers and data miners out there working for us.

Among the hottest of the hot content dropping with Genshin Impact 3.0 are the characters. We are going to meet a ton of new characters with this patch and included among them will be the brand-new Dendro characters.

The latest Genshin Impact 3.0 banners leaks have brought us the precise release dates of three characters: Dori, Tighnari, and Collei. The last two will both be released on August 24, 2022, and the first one will release on September 13, 2022.

You might be in the know that Tighnari is a new Dendro bow user who has a 5-star rarity, with the other two characters being of a 4-star rarity. Dori is an Electro Claymore user while Collei is a Dendro Bow user.

Let us look into the leak in detail.

Genshin Impact 3.0 banners – Dori and Tighnari’s release dates

Lumie is a pioneer in the field of Genshin Impact leaks. We do not know of a Lumie “trademarked” leak that has turned out to be inaccurate. This Genshin Impact 3.0 banners leak is also from Lumie, and it talks about the banner order for Dori and Tighnari in the Genshin Impact 3.0 update.

The tweet says that the first half of the Genshin Impact 3.0 patch will feature Tighnari and Collei, while Dori will be in the second half.

The leaks also theorize about the release dates of both the 3.0 banners. Moreover, it also says there might even be a third one. But we will examine this sometime later in this post. Here’s the short and tall of the leaks:

  • The first Genshin Impact 3.0 banner will feature Tighnari and Collei, to release on August 24, 2022.
  • The second Genshin Impact 3.0 banner will feature Dori, to release on September 13, 2022.

Well, Tighnari and Collei are posited in the same banner, in addition to having the same weapon of choice is an interesting fact to observe.

Possibility of a third Genshin Impact 3.0 banner

On Twitter, Lumie put up a rather surprising tweet. It said that there is the possibility of a third banner being included in the Genshin Impact 3.0 update. But this is not a confirmed reality, so don’t go about retweeting it.

Genshin Impact has always had two banners in its update. If history is any indication, then this speculation of a third Genshin Impact 3.0 banner will remain just that.

The premises of this leak are as follows. Previous leaks have talked about Zhongli and Ganyu’s reruns appearing in the second half of Genshin Impact 3.0. But that would mean three characters would appear in a single banner.

As that seems unlikely, it has been concluded that these two characters could be made to appear in a separate banner, namely, the third one.

Now, if we accept what is now only a possibility, albeit a rational one, as the confirmed future, then some questions need to be answered. “Will the Genshin Impact 3.0 update last for more than 42 days”, which, as many of you may know, is the standard duration of a patch? Or “will it be the case that each patch stays live for less than 20 days to stick to the 42-day mark?”

Remember how we called history to our defense against this theory of having three banners? Well, that isn’t entirely true. It was in the Genshin Impact 1.3 update that the developers for the first time ever undertook to deliver the three-phase experience to the players. We present a brief synopsis of that patch here.

It was called “All That Glitters,” and as mentioned, had three phases, with the second phase being nothing more than a filler. Listed below are the various characters to be released in each of the phases:

  • Phase 1: Xiao Banner
  • Phase 2: Keqing Banner (Filler)
  • Phase 3: Hu Tao Banner

There is also trepidation regarding the issue of a 5-star character turning out to be just a filler in case this three-phase thing carries itself out in the Genshin Impact 3.0 banners.

Details about Genshin Impact Tighnari, Dori, and Collei

Tighnari is a Dendro Bow user, nicknamed Dendro Ganyu by his many leaks. The reveals about him say that he is to be a DPS relying on charged attacks. Both his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst will be oriented in the direction of multiplying the damage output on-field.

Then there are Dori and Collei, 4-star Sumeru characters coming up on the 3.0 patch banners. Collei, a 4-star Dendro Bow user, can be represented as the Amber of Sumeru. Dori is also a 4-star character, but an Electro Claymore user having a unique kit. Dori uses a small child model. Her Genie attacks are with a Claymore in her stead.
