Genshin Impact, the action role-playing game developed and published by miHoYo, has been giving us a lot of surprises lately through leaks. And given that it dominates other titles in its categories, there is no shortage of data miners for this game.

One of the biggest upcoming changes in Genshin Impact is going to introduce a playable Dendro character for the first time ever in the roster. For those unacquainted with Genshin terminology, Dendro is one of the seven elements that occur in the magical land of Tevyat. And it is the only element with which no character is associated. But that is soon about to change.

A lot of the recent Genshin Impact leaks have been about this introduction of Dendro into the character roster. The last leak was also the same and gave us a glimpse of a new World Boss that players will have to farm for materials and they go about their day exploring Sumeru.

Inazuma was added to the video game in update 2.0, which was right after update 1.8. So, the general and reasonable assumption would be that the next region, which is Sumeru, will be added in Genshin Impact update 3.0, right after update 2.8, which will be this summer.

And a lot of in-game hints, plus a plethora of leaks, some of which come from The Chasm, a reliable leaker of Genshin stuff, suggest that soon we will get to see the Genshin Impact Dendro world boss.

As is the case with every region in Genshin Impact, the Sumeru region will give players a lot of World Bosses. As we wait for the official confirmation, one of these Genshin Impact Dendro bosses was given the moniker Jade-Plumed Terrorshroom.

Now, this World Boss is one of those who drop Nagadus Emerald materials. To jog your memory, this material is a Gem that is needed to Ascend Dendro characters.

The source of this leak is Project Celestia, who is a Twitter user that regularly posts leaks that come from data mined information of Genshin Impact. This new leak on Genshin Impact Dendro World boss comes from the private beta test, which is currently ongoing with the current version 2.8.

The option of trading Gems of other materials to obtain Dendro gems still remains in the game. However, players will have to farm all the new Genshin Impact Dendro Bosses that will spring up in the land of Sumeru for the unique Ascension Items that they keep in their hold.

The hope is that these new Bosses don’t prove themselves to be as annoying as the Oceanid, who is a rather “unique” boss in Genshin Impact at the moment. But still, the fact remains that we will need to farm a boatload of Talent and Weapon Ascension Materials for all the future Dendro characters that will get added to the roster.

Hence, the new 3.0 leaks suggest players will have to farm Genshin Impact Dendro materials for hours.

And another small but important detail is that the developers of this title will probably be releasing Baizhu as a playable character rather soon after Genshin Impact Dendro is implemented. The question is of when.

“Is the Baizhu banner going to release in Genshin Impact 3.0 update”, or “will it happen sometime after that?” The only answer we have right now to that question is time will tell.

Currently, Genshin Impact is in its 2.7 update. Perilous Trail, one of its main events, is still going on and Genshin Impact Version 2.8 is slated to be released on July 13, 2022. Hence, as the trend goes in this game, Genshin Impact update 3.0 will launch six weeks after that.

That this all that the latest Genshin Impact Dendro leak has to offer. We can see the wheels turn in motion as Genshin Impact gears us for the entry of Dendro. Be sure to not miss out!
