Genshin Impact 3.0 update will be released within a few days, and developers have revealed tons of new details about the patch’s content via the recently held 3.0 Livestream.

The wheels of the Genshin Impact 3.0 update have been set into motion with the Genshin Impact 3.0 Livestream, which premiered on August 13th, 2022. As you would be aware, one of the most major updates in patch 3.0 is the unlocking of the Sumeru region.
In the 3.0 Livestream, the developers finally revealed this tantalizing land, the land whose deity is the God of Wisdom, known as the Lesser Lord Kusanali. Then come the Dendro characters. The Dendro element is the only element that doesn’t have a playable to its name. Or should we use the past tense?
In Genshin Impact 3.0 update, the first 5-star Dendro character is to be released, named Tighnari. There will also be two 4-star characters, Collei and Dori. The former is a Dendro character while the latter is an Electro character. In addition to all this, we are getting a revisit from Ganyu, Sangonomiya Kokomi, and Zhongli as they will be the characters having Genshin Impact 3.0 banner reruns.
And of course, let’s not forget the free stuff everyone loves so much. The free stuff in such Livestreams is the free Primogem codes. In total, three such codes were revealed, each guaranteeing 100 Primogems, making the total Primogems 300 in number.

Genshin Impact 3.0 update – Primogem codes
Here are all the three Primogem codes that were revealed during the Genshin Impact 3.0 Livestream:
- EA7VKTFHU9VR – 100 Primogems, 5 Hero’s Wit
- 8ANCKTWYVRD5 – 100 Primogems, 10 Mystic Ore
- KT7DKSFGCRWD – 100 Primogems, 50,000 Mora

Genshin Impact 3.0 update – Character event banners
Here’s the information revealed in the Livestream. Tighnari (who is the first 5-star character of the Dendro element) and Zhongli, are those characters whose Character Event banners will be the first ones to be up and running when Genshin Impact 3.0 update hits the servers. These banners will be running at the same time.
In addition, the new 4-star Dendro character Collei will be there in both of these Genshin Impact 3.0 character event banners. All of this is for Phase 1.
Now coming to Phase 2, the Sangonomiya Kokomi rerun and Ganyu rerun 2022 are both slated to run simultaneously. The new 4-star Electro character Dori will be there in both the banners.

Genshin Impact 3.0 update – Items and events
The event Lost Riches is to arrive with all the previous Seelie. When you finish this Genshin Impact 3.0 event, you can only choose one Seelie. This will make a new Dendro Seelie become available.
The next Genshin Impact 3.0 event on the list is one that has run in previous patches. Tablet Analytics is a fighting event that will allow you to combat opponents by unlocking a domain and earning rewards.
Graven Innocence is a multiplayer event in Genshin Impact 3.0 update. Here, players get a boatload of tasks to perform. After these are done, you will become the proud owner of a free Collei copy, some Primogems, and some more materials.
These are all the Genshin Impact 3.0 events. After these come the fresh artifact sets, two in number, for patch 3.0. It was revealed that one of these was made especially for Dendro DPS characters.

Genshin Impact 3.0 update – Artifacts
In the Genshin Impact 3.0 Update, there are two new artifact sets: Deepwood Memories and Gilded Dreams.
Deepwood Memories: Dendro-based artifact Deepwood Memories increase Dendro DMG by 15% and decrease foes’ Dendro RES by 30% for eight seconds. Anytime the user’s elemental skill or burst hits them, this is applicable.
Gilded Dreams: Elemental Mastery receives a bonus from Gilded Dreams, which also occasionally increases ATK or Elemental Mastery by 80. The team’s Elemental makeup affects the latter skill. Each element gains an additional 50 Elemental Mastery, and each teammate who possesses that element gains an additional 14% ATK.

Genshin Impact 3.0 update – System Changes
The future Genshin Impact updates’ durations will be reduced from the standard to 5 weeks. This shall be done for versions 3.0 to 3.2. But not to worry. The developers know that these beloved players will be disappointed if they receive any less than they have grown accustomed to.
So, some adjustments will be made in order for the entire gameplay content to be released for each of the patches. These adjustments include reducing the experience needed for each BP Level of the Battle Pass system from 1,000 to 900. This shall be done only for the Genshin Impact 3.0 to 3.2 updates.
