HoYoverse has officially revealed the arrival of a new character, HSR Topaz in version 1.4, confirming earlier leaks.
Though certain aspects related to Topaz are still a mystery, we can quite accurately predict the time of her release, that is around October 11, 2023, coinciding with the launch of the first HSR 1.4 banner.
