Bandai Namco’s official website update for Tekken 8 may have unintentionally unveiled two new characters, Raven and Azucena. Raven appears to be a returning character from previous Tekken games, while Azucena is an entirely new addition to the Tekken universe.
Along with these freshly leaked characters, we previously got a leak on 4chan by an anonymous user who hinted at three new characters, Azucena, Reina, and Victor.
Reina’s backstory links her as Heihachi’s secret daughter, potentially integrating some of Heihachi’s moves into Tekken 8. However, those unfamiliar with the Tekken series might find this information a major spoiler due to Heihachi’s death revelation.
Victor, a French UN Agent, is anticipated to showcase Spy CQC (close-quarter combat) moves in battle, while Azucena, a Peruvian mixed martial artist with a love for coffee, brings her unique flair to the ring.
Well, this isn’t the only time we got a leak on the Tekken 8 characters roster as additional leaks have also provided insight into the purported launch roster of 36 potential characters datamined from the beta version.
