Rainbow Six Siege Y7S3 Operator leak has revealed his name, role, possible loadout, and much more to the fans.
You know you are a phenomenal action thriller writer when the influence of your novels extends beyond the reading community into other industries, the film and gaming industries, to name two. It’s the result of the influence of the world-famous thriller author Tom Clancy into the latter industry that we are going to talk about in this post. Specifically Clancy’s best-selling book, Rainbow Six.
The video game adapted from the Rainbow six novel is titled Rainbow Six Siege. But what are we doing? We don’t need to tell anyone this. Anybody even remotely connected with action-related video games knows about this not-that-old title.
But still, we are going to assume the worst and expect a noob to be reading this and fulfill our duties of explaining the very basics of this game to said noob.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is an online tactical shooter video game released in 2015, developed by Ubisoft Montreal, and published by its parent company Ubisoft. But back to the future. In 2022, right now, Rainbow Six Siege plows ahead at a rapid pace, and is currently on the second season of Year 7, meaning Y7S2.
But it won’t be long before the third season – Rainbow Six Siege Y7S3 dawns upon its fans. And if the actual release is going to happen soon, then of course, the leaks are already live. It is just one such leak that we are going to talk about today.
The major Rainbow Six Siege Y7S3 operator leak.

Rainbow Six Siege Y7S3 Operator leak
Here’s what we already knew: Ubisoft’s plan is to release Y7S3 in September, and the Year 7 roadmap only tells us that the new operator to join the roster in the third season is to be from Singapore and nothing else.
For the noob, an operator is a name given to a playable character in Rainbow Six Siege. Operators are divided into Attackers and Defenders depending on the role that operator fulfills.
The leak we are concerned about comes from dedicated data miners who have been able to dig out some information about this upcoming Rainbow Six Siege Y7S3 operator. And here, we humbly lay it at your feet (or in this case, on your screen) for your pleasure.
Rainbow Six Siege Y7S3 operator – Grim
We hail dumbhael, the person who has been kind enough to put in the work and dig out this leak for us.
Well, dumbhael says that this new Rainbow Six Siege Y7S3 Operator from Singapore to join us in the game has been titled Grim, and his role in Team Rainbow is to be an Attacker. But that’s not all, as dumbhael delivers more than we expect.
The leak tells us that Grim’s primary gadget has the name “Kawan Hive Launcher”.

Rainbow Six Y7S3 Operator gadget – Grim’s Kawan Hive Launcher
The way this Kawan Hive Launcher gadget function is by firing a canister that releases a cloud of funny bots. Those unlucky Defenders that pass through this cloud will have the misfortune of being pinged in real-time, a similar effect to Alibi’s location ping.
10s is the time for which this effect will continually act on the poor souls after they’ve left the cloud. The leaked images suggest that Grim controls 5 of these canisters at the beginning of a round. But this is subject to change when Grim comes out onto the Test Server.
And what’s more, Grim’s loadout has been leaked too.
Rainbow Six Y7S3 Operator – Grim’s loadout
The complete leak on Rainbow Six Y7S3 Operator just goes to show how hard our data miners work.
Anyway, this loadout of Grim’s will grace IQ’s 552 Commando and the SG-CQB French Shotgun with inclusion. As far as the secondary gadgets go, Grim will get to choose between Claymores and Soft Breach Charges.

And now for the final caveat, which kind of deters us from injecting too much enthusiasm in such posts. Well, this is a leak, folks, and as is the case with all leaks, it’s to be taken with a grain of salt, the size of which depends on the claims that the leak makes and partly on the track record of the source.
We will only know for sure when Ubisoft itself confirms the name of this new Rainbow Six Y7S3 Operator. Until then, let’s keep our fingers crossed.
We will update you with the new information, so keep following Gamevro.
