Genshin Impact Fontaine characters leaks have revealed new skeleton data on the characters that are all set to join the roster after the 4.0 update.
A previous couple of Genshin Impact releases included two or three banner re-runs in addition to a new character. With Xiao, Yelan, and Hu Tao banner reruns, Alhaitham and Yaoyao will be the most recent additions to the game in the 3.4 update.
Although there are reports that Dehya and Mika will be included in version 3.5 of the game, different leaks have already revealed more information about additional Genshin Impact characters like Baizhu, Kaveh, and Dottore who are all anticipated to arrive in subsequent versions.

Genshin Impact Fontaine characters skeleton data leak
Recently, a questionable leak on Twitter gave us an overview of the characters expected to be coming with the Fontaine region along with their skeleton data. The following are the details on upcoming Genshin Fontaine characters:
- 4 – 5 Short Female characters
- 2 Tall Female characters
- 1 Short Male character
- 1 Tall Male character
- 1 Female Child character
Leaks claim that we are certainly getting 11 new characters, with one of them being a Hydro Archon.
Well not only this, but a massive leak on NGA also revealed the artwork and names of these new characters.

Genshin Impact Fontaine characters’ names and artwork leak
Before we began, the leak came from different sources, so obviously, we can’t speak about the leak’s credibility as it didn’t come from a reliable set of leakers.
To begin with, the leaks shared images of 7 new characters, however, the name of each of these Genshin 4.0 characters is unknown at this time. These leaked Genshin Fontaine characters are:
- Head Soutine, Blue Haired Character,
- Head Yuelyn, Yellow-Haired Steampunk Character
- Red/Pink/Gray Character, Puppeteer of some kind?
- Purple Haired, Greenish outfit Character
- Purple Hat, Outfit Character (possibly Lyney)
- Yellow Haired Character with what looks like buns in hair (possibly Lynette)
- Two Braid, Dark Outfit Character with horns
A reliable leaker in the community has confirmed that two of the leaked images Fontaine characters are of Lyney and Lynette, stating, “Lyney, Lynnette, and the two blue/yellow female characters already leaked are included in this list,” but information with regards to the character’s nationality, release date, abilities, etc. is still unknown.
Talking about Genshin Hydro Archon, the leaker mentioned that they trust the source of the leaks who revealed the following:

Faction of Darkness/Desolation/Wasteland

— Hydro vision, uses a claymore
— It is not yet clear whether she is the current Archon or not.

She appeared in the data back in June last year and will probably be released as one of the first Fontaine characters

Similar to the scenario with the existing roster, where there are over twice as many female characters as male characters, the Genshin 4.0 update will reportedly feature a sizable number of female characters.
At the moment, we don’t know the entire details of these new female Genshin Fontaine characters, but due to the leaker, we do know some of their names. These leaked Fontaine characters’ names, according to rumors, would be:
- Hydro Archon / Focalors
- Lyney
- Lynette
Many players will be interested in learning more about the other female characters because, according to the leaker, they are yet unidentified. However, given that the 4.0 Beta is still months away, it is somewhat expected that names, placeholders, and other inside information will keep on releasing.

The debut of the new Genshin Impact area is one of the most significant events of a new update, especially as the game progresses and there are fewer quests to accomplish. The long-awaited Sumeru region has finally arrived in recent updates, and it is obvious that HoYoverse plans to keep adding new regions to keep the gameplay interesting.
One such region that fans are looking forward to is the Fontaine region, which is rumored to be released after the Genshin 4.0 update and bring a flood of new characters.
However, as was already said, the leak didn’t originate from any known sources, thus it would be advised to treat it with extreme suspicion. Furthermore, since HoYoverse might always decide to make adjustments to the main game, waiting for formal verification from them would be preferable since only trustworthy sources or beta leaks are supposed to be concrete.
