Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway: Surface World
Beware of the roaming green dog in the area. Simplify your mission by cracking the Safe Bunker code using three playing cards. Opt for a mix of Ice and Yellow Pikmin for efficiency in this zone.
- Relentless Spear – On the left side of the overworld, a Relentless Spear is stuck to a corkboard, holding the Wisdom Emblem. To get it, use Oatchi’s Rush to knock it down, then toss 7 Pikmin at it. This clever strategy will secure you this treasure.
- Power Emblem – Find the Power Emblem on the third step of the lower right staircase in Hero’s Hideaway. Ride the rail along the top-right countertop and toss 1 Pikmin to nab this treasure.
- Priceless Bird – Look for the Priceless Bird near the bottom of Hero’s Hideaway, hanging from a big lamp. Use the fan on a nearby table to reach the couch, then hop onto the moving platform. When it comes close, toss 3 Pikmin at this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure.
- Perforated Raft – Look for the Perforated Raft, which is like a wooden button treasure. Find it in the grassy area at the Southwest corner of the map. To grab it, use Oatchi’s rush move to break pots and get two parts of the Perforated Raft.
- Peacemaker Combobot – Find the treasure under the TV cabinet on the South wall. To grab it, throw 7 Pikmin at it. Before moving it, it’s smart to defeat the two Skutterchucks nearby. This will make sure you safely gather this treasure.
- Spinning Memories Plank – The Spinning Memories Plank is a Japanese version of Kuru Kuru Kururin. Find it on the floor in Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway’s lower part, guarded by a Skutterchuck. Beat the Skutterchuck first, then throw 5 Pikmin to collect the treasure.
- Shooting-Star Shield – You’ll find it on the duffle bag to the South. To get this treasure, use Oatchi’s Rush to knock it down, then toss 2 Pikmin at it.
- Number Jumper – You’ll find the Number Jumper on a big chair at Hero’s Hideaway’s bottom. Grab it by using the table’s fan to reach the couch, then hop onto the moving platform. When it’s close, toss 12 Pikmin at the treasure.
- Divine Balloon – Near the bottom of the map, there’s an arena with a table. Inside a Horned Cannon Beetle, there is this Divine Balloon treasure. Defeat the beetle, then toss 3 Pikmin at it to claim the treasure for yourself.
- Wisdom Emblem – Wisdom Emblem is a club-playing card. Find this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure on the left edge of Hero’s Hideaway. It’s held by a Relentless Spear on a corkboard. Use Oatchi’s Rush to drop it, then send 1 Pikmin to secure this treasure.
- Gold Nuggets – You’ll find this treasure on the living room couch. Use the fan in the middle of the living room to get to the couch. Then, employ the fan on the coffee table to jump onto the couch and grab the treasure.
- Buddy Display – You’ll spot the Buddy Display on the desk’s left edge in Hero’s Hideaway, resting on books. Watch out for the Miniature Snootwhacker guarding it; defeat it first. Then, toss 20 Pikmin to secure this treasure.
- First-Force Combobot – Discover this treasure within a clay pot under the desk along the West wall.
- Unbreakable Promise – Unbreakable Promise is a wedding ring treasure in its box. It is resting on a shelf in Hero’s Hideaway. Hop on the floating platform to access it, then employ 10 Pikmin to transport it to the S.S. Beagle.
- Sure-Footed Combobot – Find the Sure-Footed Combobot at the kitchen’s center, with an Iceblown Dweevil below. Beat two Dwarf Frosty Bulborbs guarding it first. To get this treasure, toss 10 Pikmin at it.
- Searing Acidshock – Spot the green, unripened Japanese apricot (ume) on a stool in the kitchen. To grab it, use Yellow Pikmin from the kitchen island – just throw them at it and get this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure.
- S.S. Peppermint – Near the upper part of the overworld, spot an S.S. Peppermint beside an S.S. Chocolate on an island’s ceramic plate. To gather it, toss 3 Pikmin towards it.
- S.S. Chocolate – Close to the upper part of the overworld, spot this treasure S.S. Chocolate near an S.S. Peppermint on a ceramic plate. To gather it, simply toss 3 Pikmin at the S.S. Chocolate.
- Mechanical Harp (Windmills) – Spot the Mechanical Harp on a stool at the upper left of Hero’s Hideaway. Nab it by switching the air currents with a nearby button. Grab the nearby fan to float to the stool, then launch 7 Pikmin at the treasure.
- Courage Emblem – Find the Courage Emblem on the second step of the top edge’s stepladder in Hero’s Hideaway. To get it, have Oatchi stay at the airstream button while you go through two fan sections. Step down one level and toss 1 Pikmin to grab the treasure.
- Doggy Bed – Find the Doggy Bed treasure on the kitchen’s East side, tucked behind the sink.
- Love Nugget (x2) – Discover this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure afloat in the sink. Push the faucet button to drain the water, or employ Blue Pikmin for the job.
- Perforated Raft (x5) – Discover five Perforated Rafts tucked in ceramic pots in the overworld’s upper part, bottom-right corner. Smash pots using Oatchi’s Rush, then toss 1 Pikmin at each raft. In Sublevel 5 of Plunder Palace, spot one Raft in the grass. Toss 1 Pikmin, but watch for a Giant Breadbug that might snatch it. Defeat or out-tug it if needed.

Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway: Doppelganger’s Den
The Doppelgänger’s Den is a cave in Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway. It’s known for having many Amphibiland creatures that fool Pikmin and radars with fake treasures, like the big Gildemander boss. Inside, there’s a treasure worth 1,490 points.
Sublevel 1
- Astringent Clump: You can find it underwater in the main room. Plug the hole with water beneath the treasure, then use Yellow Pikmin to grab the treasure hanging from the cobwebs.
- Merciless Extractor: The Merciless Extractor treasure is located in the room’s northwest corner, inside a tube. You can easily pick up this treasure from the ground once you find it.
- Face Wrinkler: This Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway hidden treasure is in the room to the Northeast. Remember to keep the water frozen to find it.
Sublevel 2
- Gifting Vase: The treasure is in the bottom-right part of the map. Simply pick it up from the ground there.
- Gold Nuggets: The treasure is in the corner of the room in the Northeast. Look there to find it.
- Granddaughter Doll Head: The treasure is in the Central hallway. Go through the pipe to find and collect it.
- Life Controller: To get the Life Controller treasure in Sublevel 2 of the Doppelgänger’s Den in Hero’s Hideaway, follow these steps: Jump to the middle ledge when the blue gates are off, change to Oatchi, press the button alone for red gates down, switch back, beat Moldy Dwarf Bulborb, throw 10 Pikmin to drop treasure.
Sublevel 3
- Memory Fragment (Top-ish): The Memory Fragment is near the cave’s exit. To get it, throw 2 Pikmin at it when the conveyor belts are normal.
- Pocked Airhead: In the East zone, finish the climbing wall using raw materials. Then, use Pikmin to reach the treasure.
- Gold Nuggets: In the Far East, there is this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure protected by a joust bug.
- Citrus Lump: The Citrus Lump looks like a small orange and is found in the Southeast corner. Use Yellow Pikmin to throw at the treasure stuck in cobwebs.
- Dusk Pustules: The treasure is in the Southeast. Hop onto a hover platform using a fan. Use Oatchi to jump over a ledge. Then, when you’re close enough, toss Pikmin to reach it.
Sublevel 4
- Gold Nuggets: You can find this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure in the boss arena. Look for it inside the jars in the southwest part of the arena.
- Difficult-Choice Totem: The Difficult Choice Totem is an orange (D4). It’s a special item found in the boss arena, hidden inside jars in the northeast part.
- Go-with-the-Flow Totem: In the boss area, look in the northwest jars for the treasure. Break the pot with Rush from Oatchi, then use 2 Pikmin to collect it.
- Thrill-Ride Track: The “Thrill-Ride Track” treasure is in the Gildemander’s center on sublevel 4 of the Doppelganger’s Den. To get it, beat the Gildemander, then toss 7 Pikmin at it.

Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway: Plunder Palace
The Plunder Palace, found in Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway, is a toy-themed cave packed with treasure. It’s prone to Breadbugs taking loot, but Purple Pikmin shine with their weightlifting and stomping skills. The boss, a harmless Giant Breadbug, guards it. A mid-way Porquillion encounter occurs. Total treasure worth: 1,613.
Plunder Palace is a tricky cave for treasure seekers due to mischievous Small Bread Dogs. These dogs enjoy taking and hiding valuables.
Sublevel 1
- Disk of Surprising Wisdom: The treasure is on the east side, above blocks. Take the longer route. To get it, throw 2 Pikmin. Watch out for a Breadbug nearby; you might need to hurt it or play tug-of-war if it tries to steal the treasure.
- Disk of Sorrowful Wisdom: You can find this treasure in the middle of the map and it might be moved by Bread Dog.
- Long-Shot Totem: The treasure is on the arch above the West exit path. Use Yellow Pikmin and stand on the nearby block ledge to reach it.
- Go-with-the-Flow Totem: Find the treasure on the northeast platform. Throw Pikmin at the fan to the south of it for access.
- Solar-Powered Computing Machine: This Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure is in the grass northeast. To get it, throw 5 Pikmin. Watch out for a Breadbug – if it tries stealing, hurts it, or wins tug-of-war.
Sublevel 2
- Nexus Combobot: The Nexus Combobot treasure is on a floating platform at the cave’s end in the center of this Plunder Palace sublevel. To get it, reach the end with reversed airstreams, then throw 12 Pikmin at the treasure.
- Dimension Converter: This treasure is on a ledge south of the center in this Sublevel. Reach it by navigating the cave with default airstreams, using a nearby fan to land on the ledge. Toss 10 Pikmin to collect the treasure.
- Kick-Start Combobot: To get the treasure, head up the ramp to the West. Press the button on the East side to activate a fan that you can ride.
- Gold Nuggets: Located in the Northeast corner close to a Whiptongue Bulborb.
Sublevel 3
There’s no treasure on sublevel 3 of Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway. Only the Quillion boss holds a Castaway item, which you can retrieve.
Sublevel 4
- The disk of Amusing Wisdom: Find this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure at the center of the map. Beware of Bread Bugs that might carry it away.
- Memory Fragment (Bottom Left): Find the Memory Fragment on a ledge in the top right corner of this Sublevel. To get it, toss 2 Pikmin. Watch for a Breadbug that might try to take it; fight or pull to keep it.
- Planetary Rubber Cutie: Find the Planetary Rubber Cutie treasure in the southwest corner. Defeat the spider enemy to carry the treasure undisturbed.
- Gold Nuggets: You can find this treasure in the Central area. Just climb the rope to reach it.
- Talisman of Life (Rain): The Talisman of Life is in the top left corner of this level. To get it, throw 2 Pikmin at it. A Breadbug nearby might try to take it. You need to hurt the Breadbug or win a tug-of-war to keep the Talisman.
- The disk of Surprising Wisdom: This Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure is on a high ledge with an enemy. Oatchi helps by riding a fan to an exit platform. Switch fans, use a rope to reach Oatchi, then jump to the ledge. Ride another fan to get the treasure.
- Disk of Joyous Wisdom (x3): You need the second poker chip to get this treasure.
Sublevel 5
- The disk of Angry Wisdom (x3): To get the treasure, beat a big Bread Dog by pulling them to the ship in a tug-of-war. This hurts them and helps you win.
- S.S. Berry: In this underground area, there’s a treasure named S.S. Berry inside a big wandering bug called Giant Breadbug. To get the treasure, first, pull the bug in a game of tug-of-war twice. Then, throw 3 Pikmin at it.
- Perforated Raft: The treasure is in the middle of the map, in the grassy area. Look around there to find it.
- Sweet Stumble-Not: You can find this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure in a pile of dirt at the bottom left corner of the Southwest area.
- Hearty Container: At the highest point of this area, near the Love’s Fortune Cookie, you’ll find this treasure. To get it, toss 3 Pikmin at it. Watch out for a big Giant Breadbug that might try to take it. You’ll need to hurt it or beat it in a tug-of-war to keep the container.
- Love’s Fortune Cookie: This hidden treasure is on a block in the Northwest. To get it, throw 3 Pikmin at it.
- Disguised Delicacy: Find the treasure on a Ride hover platform near the table. Tell Pikmin to carry it. Beat the spider to get the treasure back.
- Sweet Torment: To find this Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure, use the hover platform to go up to the table.

Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway: Frozen Inferno
The Frozen Inferno is another cave located in Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway. It mixes fire and ice dangers. Accessible to Red Pikmin due to its stove location, Ice Pikmin must be found inside. The player and Oatchi need a Scorch Guard, activated in “Gear and Skills”, to enter. Fire Starters clear obstacles and foes, even the Snowfake Fluttertail boss.
Sublevel 1
- Puzzle Snack: The treasure is on the East side. Use Firestarter to burn the hay first.
- Deceptive Snack: You can find the treasure in the Northeast. Look behind some hay and use a firestarter to burn it away.
- Cushion Cake: The Cushion Cake sits on a tall round stand in the upper left of a Sublevel. Two Pyroclasmic Slooches protect it; defeat them first. To get the treasure, use Oatchi to hit it down and then throw 7 Pikmin at it.
- Octoplus: This Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure is on the West wall, hidden behind the hay. Use a Firestarter to burn the hay and find it.
- Heroic Sword: The treasure is on the West wall, hidden behind the hay. To get it, burn the hay. Then you can reach the treasure that’s behind the hay on the wall.
Sublevel 2
- Crush Nugget: The treasure is in the grassy area of the Southwest.
- Insect Condo: This Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway treasure is in the northwest. Break the wall with Rock Pikmin to get it.
- Stellar Extrusion: You can discover this treasure in the room to the northeast. It’s dropped by a creature called Puffy Blowhog.
Sublevel 3
- Citrus Lamp: The hidden treasure is in the room to the southwest. Use a Firestarter to burn the hay and reveal the treasure.
- Seed Hive: The treasure is in the hallway to the northwest. It’s easier to carry because the water around it is frozen.
- Zest Bomb: The treasure is in the room to the northeast. It is left there by Frostcake and can be picked up from that spot.
Sublevel 4
- Shattering Lance: This Pikmin 4 Hero’s Hideaway special treasure is hidden in the Snowflake Fluttertail creature at the sublevel’s center. To get it, beat the creature, then use 10 Pikmin on it.
